Chez Darracq</ strong> has kept its spirit of yesteryear – a country inn, a place to relax after a hard day’s work, with never-ending card games, bowling or boules…

Sweetbreads and foie gras with apples, which contributed to the restaurant’s renown, are still on the menu today. But the food has also evolved, with modern, reinvented recipes.

When you enjoy Chez Darracq’s delicious dishes, you can choose where depending on the season and your preferences:

  • On the terrace;
  • In the dining room by the fireplace;
  • In the small lounge for more privacy;
  • In the private dining room for group meals.

Of course, children are always welcome – we have a high chair and booster seat as well as a small lounge with a TV available for them.

In the kitchen:

  • Claude LAFERRÈRE : Head Chef for the past 10 years, 40 years in the business;
  • Junichi FURUKI : Second Chef, who loves to create and share his inspirations from his home country of Japan;
  • Frédéric DARTIGOEYTE : Third Chef;
  • Yves NASSANS : Dishwasher during the week, and tending the bar Sundays!

  • Christopher BEAUVINEAU : Dining Room Manager;
  • Melina DENIS : Waitress;

Common areas and floors:

  • Marlène BEAUVINEAU : Room Manager.
